Beth Kramer, RN, MSN
Beth
Kramer is an advanced practice nurse with over 20 years of academic and
clinical experience. Beth is an avid fitness enthusiast and throughout her
career she has focused on supplemental nutrition concepts for patients in all weight
categories.
During her post
graduate training, Beth was affiliated with renowned surgeon, George Blackburn,
MD at Massachusetts General Hospital. Thereafter, Beth became a member of the
nutritional support team at the University of Kansas where she directed patient
care and clinical research under clinical director, Dr. Paul Schloerb. Beth’s
key interest in early years was the benefits of carefully conceived nutritional
replacement plans for critically ill patients.
Beth
has a keen focus and passion for the care of our bariatric population, and when
Beth is not assisting in the Operating Room participating in advanced
laparoscopic digestive and bariatric procedures performed at BayChoice
Bariatrics, she is generally counseling and coaching patients in various stages
of their weight loss journey.
“It
is my personal and professional goal to help all of my patients to achieve a
normal and healthy weight. The resolution of disabling conditions such as
obesity, diabetes and GERD drives my passion beyond the limit.”
Beth
is 100% career focused, but when she does find a free moment, she enjoys
spending time with her pets as well as participating in multi-instrumental
music performance.
Beth’s
friendly attitude and impressive surgical skills make her an integral part of
our practice!

Kelly's background is in Business Consulting. She has experience with online marketing, website creation, search engine optimization, and total business operations. She is the former Director of Operations for a major software testing corporation based in Austin, Texas. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and enjoys competition wakeboarding.
